Among my oldest and still one of my favorite concepts is the stick capped with an antique doorknob. Acquired from private collections or recovered from America's junk shops and attics, the doorknobs on these sticks represent a unique collection of cast brass doorknobs. The high point of artistic brass casting in America at the close of the 19th century. Beautiful brass and glass doorknobs from old Victorian Era homes as well as some most unusual knobs from American businesses, public and government buildings, utilities and railroad depots are among the knobs I routinely offer on these sticks, each with its own handwritten history as to its origin.

This stick is priced for sale based on a Rosewood shaft and the price will vary depending on the value and availability of the knob. Check the inventory list for the knobs I have on hand, but please call if I can help you find one that is not listed. Prices shown for the knob include the cane turned with a beaded pattern in Rosewood but does not include engraving.
